KALE CHIPS

1 Bunch of Kale
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Coarse Sea Salt

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Toss kale with olive oil. Sprinkle with sea salt and cook for 15 minutes until crisp. Check constantly as oven temperatures may vary.

POTATO FRIES

2 Large Sweet Potatoes
2 Tbsp Olive Oil
Salt, Pepper

DIRECTIONS:

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil. In large bowl place 2 large sweet potatoes, peeled/unpeeled cut into 1/4 thick fries. Add 2 Tbsp olive oil, salt and pepper to taste and toss to coat evenly. Arrange in single layer and bake for 20 minutes on lower rack. Transfer on upper layer rack for another 5-10 minutes longer until crispy.
